02 – Booking
I will send the contract with the terms of your chosen collection along with the bank details. The date is officially secured upon returning the signed contract and making the €250 deposit via bank transfer.

03 – Planning & Final Payment
Before the big day, we will schedule a meeting to review all timeline details. The remaining balance is due one week prior to the wedding date.

As discussed during the planning meeting, please prepare the timeline for the key moments of the day.

01 – If preparations are included:
Bring the rings, jewellery, perfume, letters, or meaningful symbolic objects, as well as invitations and other paper elements, to create an elegant wedding flat lay.
Use a beautiful hanger for the dress, preferably wooden or personalised.
Have the bouquet available for detail photos.

02 – Group photo list:
Prepare a list of the groups you would like photographed, as agreed during the planning meeting, and appoint someone to help organise the guests.

03 – Traditions and rituals:
Please inform me about any special rituals or meaningful moments so I can capture them with care and sensitivity.

With these small preparations, the day will flow more smoothly and the photographs will feel even more authentic.

01 - Yes, when photographic coverage of the couple’s preparations is included, I work alongside a second photographer who is responsible for accompanying the groom during his preparations.

02 - The second photographer also accompanies the groom to the ceremony venue, capturing his entrance and other perspectives until the end of the ceremony.

03 - I personally edit all final images, ensuring a cohesive and personalised visual story.

01 - Over the years, I have worked as a team, with professionals in the video field that I recommend.

02 - Drone, screen projection of a video clip edited on the day and live transmission of the Ceremony are some of the services you can hire.

03 - I'm also happy to work with other videographers or content creators of your choice.

01- The number is variable.
It depends on the duration of the event, number of people, moments of coverage and how many photographers were hired.

02 - The first photos are delivered within 48 hours after the event!
A selection of the most highlight moments will be available in your private online gallery, to share with family and friends.

03 – You will receive the final photographic work in digital format, within 60 days after the event date, sometimes sooner, depending on the season and the amount of work to be processed.

The editing process is a crucial part of my creative work, ensuring that the final images maintain a high standard of quality.

02 - Hand-edited with my signature color and a curated black and white collection.

03 - Unedited photos and RAW files will not be provided, in order to control the entire process and maintain visual identity.

01 - You will receive the files in their maximum resolution, without watermarks and free to print wherever you want.

02 - For your convenience, you can order quality prints through your password-protected Gallery, activated for 60 days, direct delivery to your address.

03 - Outside Portugal, an additional shipping fee will be charged.

01 - As you know, a physical album is always the best way to preserve and cherish your memories. With a refined finish and durable materials, its special touch truly makes all the difference.

02 - To move forward with your album, I only ask that you select the group photos you definitely want to include. I will take care of selecting the rest of the day's images, ensuring the strength and fluidity of the visual narrative.

03 - Before sending it to the lab for production, I will share the digital layout with you for approval. You will have a final revision to ensure everything is exactly to your liking.
