How to secure the date? Payments.
Limited bookings.
A non-refundable €100 deposit is required.
This guarantees that your date is reserved and our agreement is activated.
We will schedule a meeting before your event to go over all the details.
Final payment will also be made at this time.
How many photos do we expect to receive?
In Baptism or Birthday photography, the number of photos is unlimited and variable. It depends on the duration of the package contracted, the number of people and the moments to be covered.
As a professional, I carefully select the best photos to edit.
The editing process is a crucial part of my creative work, ensuring that the final images maintain a high standard of quality.
Unedited photos and RAW files will not be provided, in order to control the entire process and maintain visual identity.
How long do I have to wait to receive the photographic work?
For Baptism or Birthday photography, you will receive the photographic work in digital format up to 30 days after the date of the event, sometimes less, depending on the season and the amount of work to be produced.
For photo sessions, up to 10 days after the date.
Do I have to order prints through you?
You will receive the files in their maximum resolution, without watermarks and are free to print them wherever you want.
For your convenience, you can order quality prints through your password-protected Gallery, which is activated for 30 days.
Delivery directly to your address.
For deliveries outside of Portugal, an additional postage fee will be charged.
What about the album?
After receiving the photographic work, you must select your favorite photos for the digital album, according to the number of pages of your choice.
You have the right to review my work before sending it to the laboratory for printing.
Do you do the Video too?
Over the years, I have worked as a team with professionals in the video industry that I recommend.
Drones, projection of a video clip edited on the day and live broadcast of the ceremony are some of the services that you can hire.
I can also work with other videographers of your choice.

DRAFT EVENT/LIFESTYLE PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE AGREEMENT
SERRA RIBEIRO PHOTOGRAPHY
This agreement concerns the provision of event/lifestyle photography services for (NAME), hereinafter referred to as the "client," to take place on (DATE). The photographer, Rui de Vasconcelos Serra Ribeiro, representing the company Serra Ribeiro Photography, will be referred to as the "contractor."
1 - Image Collection
a) The contractor will capture images at the locations listed below, documenting and illustrating the event/lifestyle photography, most important and relevant moments with the highest quality and professionalism.
2 - Service Details
Contracted service and detailed description, including locations and schedules.
3 - Delivery of Work
a) The selected photographs will be individually edited.
The photographic work will be delivered in digital format with print resolution via an app and in web resolution through an online gallery (password protected) within 10 to 30 days after the event/lifestyle date, depending on the volume of work to be produced.
b) The gallery will remain active for 30 days.
c) Clients can mark photos as private, download and share the gallery link with guests, mark favourites, comment, and even order prints and albums through the online gallery.
d) A backup of the work will be stored on an external hard drive for 2 years.
4 - Responsibilities
a) The client must provide information, schedules, and locations, as well as any necessary authorizations, to allow the contractor to perform the agreed services under the best conditions.
b) The client must download the complete work within the specified timeframe.
c) In the event/lifestyle of force majeure (e.g., illness, death) or any other unforeseen circumstance that unequivocally prevents the provision of the agreed services, the contractor commits to finding a professional of equal or superior competence to carry out the service, ensuring the final quality remains unaffected.
5 - Add-ons
a) Additional services can be added up to 15 days before the event date.
6 - Payment
a) A bank transfer of €100 is required to secure the date.
b) After receiving the reservation amount, this agreement comes into effect and the provider will send it signed, with confirmation of the amount received.
c) The remaining balance is due after the pre-event planning meeting.
