DRAFT WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE AGREEMENT

SERRA RIBEIRO PHOTOGRAPHY

This agreement concerns the provision of wedding photography services for (NAMES), hereinafter referred to as the "client," to take place on (DATE). The photographer, Rui de Vasconcelos Serra Ribeiro, representing the company Serra Ribeiro Photography, will be referred to as the "contractor."

1 - Image Collection

a) The contractor will capture images at the locations listed below, documenting and illustrating the event's most important and relevant moments with the highest quality and professionalism.

2 - Service Details

Contracted service and detailed description, including locations and schedules.

3 - Delivery of Work

a) The selected photographs will be individually edited.

The photographic work will be delivered in digital format with print resolution via an app and in web resolution through an online gallery (password protected) within 90 days after the event date, depending on the volume of work to be produced.

b) The gallery will remain active for 60 days.

Clients can mark photos as private, download and share the gallery link with guests, mark favourites, comment, and even order prints and albums through the online gallery.

c) A backup of the work will be stored on an external hard drive for 2 years.

4 - Responsibilities

a) The contractor will be responsible for providing the information, times and locations, as well as authorizations if necessary, so that the contracted company can provide the agreed service in the best conditions.

b) The contractor and assistant must be served a meal equivalent to that of the guests, at the staff table, overlooking the dinner ceremony room, to allow continuous capture of the most important moments.

c) In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to serious illness, accident, or death, which demonstrably prevents the provision of the agreed services, the contracted company agrees to fully refund any reservation amounts received, within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) business days after the submission of appropriate documentation. For the purposes of this clause, acceptable proof includes official documents such as medical certificates, death certificates, or other legally recognized records.

5 - Add-ons

a) Additional services can be added up to 30 days before the event date.

6 – Payment and Validation of the Agreement

a) Acceptance of this agreement must be made in writing, by replying to this email and confirming that the clients understand and agree with the services and conditions described..

b) The deadline to confirm the agreement and pay the booking fee of €000 is 7 working days from the date indicated below. The event date will only be secured after receipt of payment.

c) Once the booking fee has been received, this agreement comes into effect and will be sent with the photographer’s signature and confirmation of the amount received.

d) The remaining balance will be settled after the pre-planning meeting, to be scheduled before the event.
